The appointments line is open between 8.00am and 12 noon and again between 4.00 and 6.00pm on weekdays. Following reviews of the appointment system, which was adopted in September 2015, it has become apparent that it is not working for many of our patients. Therefore from 7th March the system will be changing again. There will be more pre bookable appointments available up to 2 weeks in advance.  If all of the appointments are booked and your problem is urgent, the duty doctor on the day will triage the problem, assess the urgency, then telephone or allocate an appropriate appointment. Please note there will not be any walk in appointments.

Patients are free to consult whichever doctor they choose, irrespective of the doctor with whom they are registered. However, it is best if some continuity can be maintained by seeing the same doctor for each problem.

If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do this by phone, on line or via email (
